Concerned Citizen: Debka dispatches, which I have been reading since 9/11, are usually a combination of surprisingly well-informed fact (though it might not seem so at the time), rumor, fantasy and, most intriguingly, misinformation (this site, which is produced by former Mossad people in Israel, is supposedly followed by a wide range of news and government agencies around the world).
